Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann new Sadak Surakhya Force (SSF) has set a new standard in reacting to emergencies on highways with in two weeks. With the average record response time of 7.21 minutes surpasses the platinum 10 minute benchmark established by developed nations for emergency services.
