New Delhi, July 21: There is an increase in the price of gold and silver today i.e. on 21st July. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 548 to Rs 98,791 per 10 grams. Earlier its price was Rs 98,243.
The price of silver has increased by Rs 60 to Rs 1,12,760 per kg. Earlier, silver was at Rs 1,12,700. On July 14, silver had made an all-time high of Rs 1,13,867. Earlier, gold had made an all-time high of Rs 99,454 on June 8.

Gold has become costlier by ₹ 22,629 so far this year
This year, i.e. from January 1 till now, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased from Rs 76,162 to Rs 98,791 by Rs 22,629. At the same time, the price of silver has also increased from Rs 86,017 per kg to Rs 1,12,760 by Rs 26,743. Whereas last year i.e. in 2024, gold became costlier by Rs 12,810.
