Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar to inaugurate various projects worth Rs 4200 crore today

CM Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar will inaugurate 392 projects worth Rs 938 crore in 22 districts and lay the foundation stone of 679 projects worth Rs 2684 crore in all the districts.

Haryana Chief Minister will also launch Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana. He will lay the foundation stone of PWD’s project worth Rs 214 crore on Delhi-Agra and Delhi-Vadodara Expressway Ballabhgarh Mohana Road in Faridabad.

During this, the foundation stone of the flyover to be built at a cost of Rs 127 crore from Khalsa Chowk to Haryana Nursing Home in Karnal will also be laid. He will also inaugurate the irrigation scheme prepared at Rs 114 crore in Mahendragarh. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the irrigation scheme prepared at Rs 112 crore in Charkhi Dadri.

Besides, CM Manohar Lal Khattar will lay the foundation stone of Fatehabad Jail to be built at a cost of Rs 100 crore and Transport Bhavan in Panchkula to be built at a cost of Rs 87 crore. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the irrigation scheme started at Rs 112 crore in Charkhi Dadri. Earlier on March 6, in an unprecedented announcement at the ‘Lakhpati Didi Sammelan’ in Karnal, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar unveiled an ambitious plan aimed at empowering women through technology and economic opportunities.

The Chief Minister also said that a target has been set to convert 258,000 sisters into ‘Lakhpati Didis’, of which 50,000 sisters will earn a monthly income of Rs 1 lakh. A dedicated fund of Rs 200 crore has been allocated for this purpose.

Additionally, the government is planning to open one thousand interest-free stores with the aim of empowering their families economically, with priority given to women. “Around 55,000 self-groups have been formed in Haryana and more than 6 lakh daughters are associated with it. Our aim is to see our sisters and daughters achieve new heights.”
