After this, Hemant Soren staked a claim to form the government and submitted a letter of support of 45 MLAs.

It is reported that Hemant Soren will take oath as Chief Minister on July 7. Hemant will become the CM of Jharkhand for the third time. After Arjun Munda and Shibu Soren, he is the third leader who will become the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the third time.

On the resignation on Wednesday, Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir said that the Congress and the alliance parties want Hemant Soren to take over the reins of the state again. On this, Champai Soren said that I worked according to the decision of the alliance. At the same time, Hemant Soren said that Champai ji has said his point. This is the decision of the alliance.

One seat in the cabinet is already vacant. After resigning, Champai may not remain a minister. However, he may be given the additional responsibility of acting president of JMM or chairman of the state coordination committee.
