Dr. Bimal, the SP, stated that no major injuries were reported, and efforts are being made to track down the perpetrators, with strong action to follow. He confirmed that some vehicles were set on fire during the clash.

Deputy Development Commissioner Smita Kumari also mentioned that anti-social elements attempted to disrupt the peace during the celebrations but assured that the situation was now under control. She added that investigations were ongoing to determine the cause of the incident. Security forces have been deployed to maintain order, and more details are awaited.
