At 9:45 am, Sensex was at 76,703, up 9 points and Nifty was at 23,293, up 4 points. Broader markets are in an uptrend.

Adani Group's stocks ended with high gains on Friday, rising for the third consecutive day. ACC, Adani Enterprises, Adani Port, Adani Power, Ambuja Cement, Adani Total Gas, Adani Wilmar, and NDTV closed with gains, while only Adani Green's shares ended flat on Friday.

Nestle, Asian Paints and ITC's stock have risen by more than 4%. Power Grid and LT are among the falling stocks. These have fallen by 1%.

Sensex went down over 1,500 points on Tuesday as the Nifty dropped more than 500 points amid early trends on Lok Sabha elections counting day.
