“Jio, Airtel, Vodafone announce price hike for recharges”

Now person have to wait for 7 days to get a new SIM. Earlier, it was available immediately.

New Delhi: In the month of July, has brought many changes with it. The 19-kg commercial gas cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 31 from today.

Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea have announced plans to increase the prices of their recharge plans. Jio and Airtel plans will become expensive on July 3, while Vodafone’s new plans will be implemented on July 4. Jio has increased the price of its basic plan from Rs 155 to Rs 189.

Similarly, Airtel’s cheapest plan of Rs 179 will be available for Rs 199. It offers 28 days of validity, unlimited calling, and 2 GB of data. The plan of Rs 265 will be available for Rs 299. VI’s cheapest plan of Rs 179 will also be available for Rs 199.

At the same time, you will not be able to make credit card payments to 26 banks through fintech companies like PhonePe, Cred, and BillDesk.

Apart from this, if the SIM card is stolen or damaged, you will now have to wait for 7 days to get a new SIM. Earlier, it was available immediately.

Since today, Hero MotoCorp’s vehicles have also become expensive. The company has increased the prices of some selected vehicles by up to Rs 1,500.

From today, the 19 kg commercial cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 31.

In Delhi, the price has come down by Rs 30 to Rs 1646. Earlier, it was available for Rs. 1676. In Kolkata, this cylinder is now available for Rs 1756; earlier, its price was Rs 1787.

In Mumbai, the cylinder has come down by Rs 31 from Rs 1629 to Rs 1598. In Chennai, the cylinder is available for Rs. 1809.50. However, there is no change in the price of the 14.2 KG domestic gas cylinder. It is available for ₹ 803 in Delhi and ₹ 802.50 in Mumbai.

Hero MotoCorp vehicles will become more expensive today. The company has announced that it will increase the ex-showroom prices of some selected vehicles by up to Rs 1,500. Hero MotoCorp said that this decision has been taken due to the increase in commodity prices.

Earlier, on June 3, 2023, the company had increased the ex-showroom price of some models of scooters and bikes by about 1.5%. In the last financial year, i.e., 2023–24 (FY24), the company sold a maximum number of 53.95 lakh vehicles.

There has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel even today, i.e., on June 1. At present, petrol is priced at Rs 94.72 per litre in Delhi, and diesel is being sold at Rs 87.62 per litre. At the same time, petrol is available in Mumbai at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per litre.
