No relief for Sanjay Singh, Judicial custody extended till November 10

National desk: In a major blow to AAP MP Sanjay Singh, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended judicial custody till November 10,2023. National desk: In a major blow to AAP MP Sanjay Singh, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended judicial custody till November 10,2023. He was produced in the court today as today was the last day of his judicial custody.  MP was arrested by ED in connection with Delhi’s excise policy case on October 4.

He said in the court that he is suffering from diabetes and sought advice from his personal doctor. Court gave permission for the advice from personal doctor. Court also allowed Sanjay Singh to sign cheques for the household expenses of his family.

The court also allowed Sanjay Singh to sign the letter written to the MCD Commissioner to carry out development work from his MPLAD fund.
