National desk: In another incident of target killing in Jammu and Kashmir, a migrant labourer was shot dead by terrorists here in Pulwama. The incident has been confirmed by the Pulwama Police. The labourer later succumbed to his injuries.
Labourer who was shot by terrorists has been identified as Mukesh and belonged to Uttar Pradesh. As per police, the area has been sealed and security has been beefed up.
On the targeted killing of a labourer by terrorists in J&K’s Pulwama, DGP Dilbag Singh says, “I am confident that police will identify & nab those involved in yesterday’s incident and today’s killing of a labourer. We will not spare those behind the attack…The neighbouring country doesn’t like peace here in J&K.”
Yesterday too similar incident happened where a J&K police officer was shot by a terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The police officer named Masroor Ahmad Wani was playing cricket at a playground off-duty when a terrorist fired three shots at him.
