This is the case

Actually, the office of Aam Aadmi Party is in Bungalow No. 206 Rouse Avenue, Delhi. This place was allotted to the High Court in 2020 for expansion of the District Court, but there is an office of the Aam Aadmi Party here.

Aam Aadmi Party did not vacate the seat. Due to this, the work of expansion of the court came to a standstill. When the matter reached the Supreme Court, the party was ordered to vacate the office.

What did the court say in the order?

In its order, the Supreme Court said that the Aam Aadmi Party will file an undertaking within a week that it will vacate the Rouse Avenue party office in Delhi on or before August 10 in a peaceful manner.
