NIA Conducts Raid At House In Mansa Over Alleged Links With Don Shahzad Bhatti; Chats Under Scrutiny, No Recovery Claimed

In Kulana village of Mansa district, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted a raid at the house of a person named Yadwinder Singh early Tuesday morning. The action has been ongoing since around 5:30 a.m. According to sources, Yadwinder had chats and conversations with Don Shahzad Bhatti, who is based in Pakistan. The NIA is investigating in this context.

The NIA team is searching Yadwinder Singh’s house and conducting a thorough examination of electronic devices as well. The agency is trying to find out what type of tasks Shahzad Bhatti wanted this person to carry out.

In a conversation with the media, Yadwinder Singh said that about two years ago he came into contact with the gangster Shahzad Bhatti who was in Pakistan. During that time, there were chats and conversations between the two. In this matter, an NIA team had reached his house and questioned him to obtain information.

Call details were investigated

Yadvinder stated that after this, there was no conversation with Shahzada Bhatti. However, about a month ago, an NIA team had also reached his house, and today again the team searched the house. During this, information about several mobile numbers was taken. Call details were checked, and the mobile phones of family members were also examined.

No objectionable items recovered from the house

According to Yadvinder Singh, no objectionable items were recovered from the house. He stated that NIA officials have asked him to appear again on June 15 at their Chandigarh office, where further questioning will take place.

Yadvinder Singh is addicted to drugs

Villagers said that Yadvinder is addicted to drugs. He owns 14 acres of land, but to satisfy his addiction, he often stays away from home, although most of the time he is at home. Currently, the NIA team is interrogating Yadvinder Singh and a detailed investigation of the case is underway.
