Night temperature in Punjab 5.5 degrees above normal; No rain expected

Punjab has seen a slight decrease in temperatures. Despite this, the maximum temperature is 1.8 degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature remains 5.5 degrees above normal. This change is due to the dry weather after the monsoon’s departure. Heat is being felt both day and night.

According to the Meteorological Center, the state’s maximum temperature has seen a slight decrease of 0.1 degrees. The highest maximum temperature was recorded in Abohar at 37 degrees. There is no rain in Punjab now, nor is there any possibility of it.

Meanwhile, the state’s minimum temperature has seen a decrease of 0.7 degrees, although it remains 5.5 degrees above normal. Experts say this is due to the above-normal rainfall during the monsoon season. However, the situation will soon return to normal.

Punjab is currently experiencing an increase in temperatures, but now some relief will begin to come. According to data from the Meteorological Center, temperatures will drop by up to 2 degrees within a week. However, no rain is expected during this period.

The weather will remain dry and the sky will be clear. The average temperature in Punjab is expected to be around 22 to 35 degrees Celsius during this period.
