Nitish Kumar May not Stay as Bihar’s CM for Long: Mukesh Sahani Claims Hidden Conspiracy

Patna: Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahni on Friday claimed that a conspiracy is underway to remove Chief Minister Nitish Kumar from office.

Speaking to media persons at Patna airport, Sahni said, “Just wait. Even Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself doesn’t know how long he will remain Chief Minister. A conspiracy to remove him from office is underway.”

He further said, “Everything will be revealed in time. Everyone knows which MLA is in contact with whom. Wait for the right time, the truth will come out.”

The VIP chief, who had virtually disappeared from Bihar’s political activities after his party’s poor performance in the assembly elections, made a rare appearance before the media on Friday.

What Sahani Says on Bihar’s Government?

Mukesh Sahni, who returned to Patna from Mumbai, made several sharp political statements.

Responding to Shivanand Tiwari’s advice to Tejashwi Yadav, Sahni said, “What will be achieved by staying in Bihar now? We have given the government three months. The government must fulfill its promises within this period. After that, we will go to the public in an organized manner and oppose the government.”

A ‘Government of Theft’ Formed in Bihar

Sahani alleged that the government formed in Bihar is a “government of theft,” claiming that it was formed through money and other inducements, including ₹10,000 in cash.

He said that his party had attempted to raise public awareness through the Voter Rights March.

He also accused the Election Commission of not working impartially.

Mukesh Sahni’s statements come at a time when JDU MLC Neeraj Kumar has claimed that 16 RJD MLAs are in contact with the JDU and could join the party at any time.

Responding to Neeraj Kumar’s claim, RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said, “There’s currently a cat-and-mouse game going on within the NDA. The alliance won 202 out of 243 seats in Bihar, yet they are claiming that 16 MLAs are in contact with the JDU. This clearly shows that the JDU is under pressure, which is why its leaders are making such statements, even though the new government hasn’t even been in power for a month.”
