According to the police, India Gate is not a designated protest site. Therefore, organizers may be asked to select a designated location, such as Jantar Mantar, for the protest.

The CJP has announced a march from India Gate to the New Delhi Police Headquarters on September 5th. The organization says that the assurances made to the protesters on July 25th have not yet been fulfilled.
