Ahead of the grand inauguration of the Noida International Airport in Jewar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared fresh photos of the state-of-the-art facility, showcasing its modern infrastructure and readiness for operations. The images highlight the airport’s terminal, runway, and advanced facilities, building excitement before its official launch on March 28, 2026.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to visit the airport site, review the infrastructure, and formally inaugurate Phase-1 of the project during a public event.

The Noida International Airport is being seen as a landmark infrastructure project that will significantly boost India’s aviation capacity. Developed at an estimated cost of around ₹11,200 crore, the airport is designed as a greenfield, sustainable, and future-ready aviation hub.

It will serve as the second international airport for the Delhi-NCR region, complementing the existing Indira Gandhi International Airport and helping ease congestion.
