Noida: A woman died by suicide after jumping from a multi-level car parking facility in Sector 18, Noida, on Saturday night, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Seetu Talwar. She reportedly reached the parking complex alone before going to an upper level and jumping, according to preliminary information shared by police.

Police Begin Investigation

After receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot and took custody of the body. It was sent for post-mortem examination.

Officials said they are examining CCTV footage from the parking facility and nearby areas to reconstruct the sequence of events.

Preliminary Findings

According to preliminary inputs, the woman was allegedly suffering from depression and had been under mental stress for a long time, sources said. However, police have not confirmed the exact reason behind the incident.

No suicide note was recovered from the site, and no foul play has been suspected so far. Further investigation is underway.
