Over its four‑year journey, the network has enabled hundreds of millions of transactions, showing broad adoption across sectors and consumers nationwide.

Initially designed as an open e‑commerce infrastructure, ONDC has grown beyond its core marketplace model. It now supports additional use cases like mobility services, logistics solutions, financial services, and hyperlocal delivery networks, widening its impact for both sellers and buyers. Initiatives such as Bharat Taxi and partnerships with restaurant associations have helped lower costs for consumers and expanded opportunities for local service providers.
