Panchayat Samiti elections: Election Commission’s big decision regarding NOC for nomination

Amidst the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections in Punjab, the Punjab State Election Commission has sent a letter to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts regarding the issue of NOC. The Commission has sent a letter referencing the previous letter. If anyone does not receive a NOC or NDC, they can file a self-declaration.

The self-declaration should declare that there is no arrears of any kind and no possession of any kind.
