Panipat: Two-year-old girl crushed to death outside her home by pickup truck

In the Old Industrial Area police station jurisdiction, near Harinagar Kacchi Phatak, a 22-month-old girl playing outside her home was run over by a pickup truck.

The child died on the spot as a result of the accident. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.

Uvesh, originally a resident of the Sambhal district in Uttar Pradesh, stated that he has two sons and one daughter.

On Monday, his youngest child—his 22-month-old daughter, Dua—was playing outside their home when a neighbor, Jatin, began backing up his pickup truck.

As he reversed the vehicle, the child was caught in its path, sustaining critical injuries.

The child was immediately rushed to the District Civil Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
