PM Modi issues final warning to TMC ‘goons’ in Bankura, asks them to surrender by April 29

Bankura (West Bengal): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections will create “new history.” At the rally, he issued a final warning to syndicates and goons allegedly linked to the TMC to surrender to the police by April 29, threatening strict action if the BJP forms the government.

He said that those who previously instilled fear in the people are now afraid of the “Bengal Tiger,” and this Bengal Tiger is the public itself.

Stern attack on TMC
PM Modi accused the TMC of disturbing law and order and protecting infiltrators. He said the party is working against the Constitution and prioritizing its vote bank.

He appealed to the public to teach the TMC a tough lesson, calling it a symbol of “Mahajangal Raj.” He also alleged that the TMC is ignoring local communities.

Big Promises for Women
PM Modi announced several welfare schemes for women in West Bengal. These include free rations for poor women, free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh, and free dialysis for kidney patients.

He also promised Rs 36,000 annually to women, Rs 21,000 to pregnant women, Rs 50,000 for daughters’ education, Rs 20 lakh under the Mudra scheme for self-employment, and Rs 9,000 additional assistance to women engaged in agriculture.

Election Schedule and BJP Claims
Referring to the Women’s Reservation Bill, PM Modi called it a major step towards women’s empowerment and accused the opposition of obstructing it. He said the BJP is committed to increasing women’s participation.

Voting in West Bengal will be held in two phases on April 23 and 29, with the counting of votes taking place on May 4.
