Jind Electricity Corporation SE has also been suspended. Haryana’s Jind Electricity Corporation SE Haridutt has been suspended twice. He was suspended for the second time about 2 months ago. Earlier, on the recommendation of Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, Electricity Minister Anil Vij had suspended Haridutt. SE Haridutt had gone to the High Court against this decision.
The High Court had stayed Vij’s decision on the grounds that he did not give the reason for the suspension. It also said that if the government wants, it can issue new orders in this matter with any reason. After this, the government again issued the suspension letter.
