Producer Gnanavel Raja’s production company’s X account hacked

Chennai: Renowned producer Gnanavel Raja’s production company, Studio Green, which has produced several superhit Tamil films, announced on Friday that its official account on the social media platform X has been hacked.

The production house issued an official statement via Instagram Story, distancing itself from the war-related posts made from the X account.

Company issues official statement

The production house stated, “Our official X (Twitter) account, @StudioGreen2, has been hacked by unauthorized individuals. We are working with the platform to recover the account. The recent political, war, or other unrelated posts are not ours and do not reflect our views.”

Appeal to ignore suspicious posts

The company further stated, “We are a film production company and focus solely on creative and entertainment content. We are completely apolitical. Please ignore any suspicious posts, links, or messages from this account until further notice.”

Mention of film career and support

Studio Green stated that followers will be updated once the account is secure.

Producer Gnanavel Raja is a relative of renowned Tamil actors Suriya and Karthi. His most recent film was Vaa Vaathiyaar, starring Karthi in the lead role.

At a pre-release event, Gnanavel Raja revealed that Suriya quietly checked on him and supported him during difficult times.

He stated that a lot of negativity spread after some of his films did not perform well, but he still stood strong. He especially thanked Surya and said that he supported him and encouraged him in every difficulty.
