Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann backs Arvind Kejriwal’s decision to skip court appearance

 Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann extended full support for Arvind Kejriwal’s refusal to appear before Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma in the Delhi excise policy case.  CM Mann said that Kejriwal Sahib, who is fighting the battle for truth, has shown that one must be ready to sacrifice anything for self-respect and justice.

In a post on X, CM Mann wrote, “Kejriwal Sahib, who is fighting the battle for truth, has shown that one must be ready to sacrifice anything for self-respect and justice. When questions arise about impartiality, the trust of the people is shattered. We all stand with him.”

Arvind Kejriwal not to appear in Justice Swarna Kanta’s Court 

Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has decided not to appear before the High Court in the Delhi excise policy case, expressing complete distrust in Justice Swarana Kanta.

In a letter to Justice Swarana Kanta, Kejriwal made it clear will not appear before her, either personally or through a lawyer. He stated that he has decided to follow the path of Mahatma Gandhi’s Satyagraha.
