Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Flags Off Batch of 72 Teachers for Advanced Training in Finland

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, flagged off the batch of 72 teachers for Finland. While sharing information, he said that the largest batch of 72 teachers from government schools of Punjab has left for Finland via Delhi.

He said that these teachers, who are known as the “builders of the nation”, will undergo special training at the world-renowned University of Finland till May 29.

During this training, they will get in-depth knowledge about modern teaching methods, new technologies, and the world-class education system, so that the education system of Punjab can be further strengthened.

The initiative is part of the Punjab Government’s ongoing efforts to modernize the state’s education sector and enhance teaching standards in government schools. The selected teachers will undergo professional training in Finland, a country globally recognized for its high-quality education system and innovative teaching practices.

The state government has repeatedly emphasized that exposure to international education models will help teachers adopt modern classroom techniques, improve student engagement, and strengthen overall learning outcomes in Punjab schools.
