Punjab: Several schools in Patiala get Bomb threats, students evacuated

The series of bomb threats against schools in Punjab is not stopping. The latest case has come to light from Patiala, where several schools in the district have received bomb threats.

According to the information received, several schools in Patiala, including YVS School, Blossom School, Shivalik Public School, ByPS School, Podar School, KV School, and DPS School, have been threatened with bomb blasts through emails.

After receiving this email, the Patiala Police have become alert. Also, the schools have been evacuated. The parents have been told to remain calm.

The email said that a blast will be carried out in Patiala schools at 1:11 pm. This email also mentions the Ferozepur train, which will be blown up at 3:11 pm. It has also been said that no one should go to school, and buses should not be used either. This will be a suicide attack.

It is worth noting that this is not the first case, schools in Punjab and Chandigarh have received threats before this too. There has been talk of targeting court complexes in Punjab as well.
