Government advertisements, but recently Such announcements are often made in
a NITI Aayog report was released, a video of which was also released by the Punjab
government. This report states that Punjab hassurpassed Kerala, Maharashtra, and Delhi to  achieve the first position in primary education. Punjab schools are ahead of Haryana in digital education. 80.1 percent of schools in Punjab have smart classes, while only 3.1
percent in Haryana have them. 99.9 percent of schools in Punjab have electricity and computer facilities. Furthermore, roofs and toilets have been provided to a
large number of rural schools, a feat unmatched by any other state in the country.
It is also being reported as authentic data that all children in the state attend school up to primary school, while other states do not have this data. Be it language or mathematics, Punjab’s children are now at the top in every subject. In language, Punjab’s score in the third
grade is 82 percent, while Kerala’s is 75 percent. Punjab’s score in mathematics is 78 percent, and Kerala’s is 71 percent. The competition with Kerala is because Kerala is known as the country’s state of great teachers. While this is a start, after that, children drop out of school due to life’s hardships and financial constraints, but Punjab’s children are brilliant. In ninth grade, the state’s score in mathematics is 52 percent, while Kerala’s is 45 percent.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann also cited these figures, stating that he has paid special attention to teacher training and sent them abroad to learn modern education, which has had an impact on the quality of our schools. Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains also
stated that Punjab has surpassed Kerala. He added that he has also made significant progress in basic education. 99.9 percent of the state’s government schools now have electricity.
99 percent of Punjab’s schools have working computers. More than 80 percent of the state’s schools are equipped with smart classrooms. Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains also said that we have launched Schools of Eminence to ensure that meritorious students receive
a high-quality education and are not left behind by state-of-the-art private schools. The tangible results of these reforms are now evident. We certainly believe that Punjab has embarked on the path of an education revolution, but there is still a long way to go, and more successes to be achieved.
