Punjab sees moderate rise in average temperature, mercury nears 5 degrees Celsius

The minimum temperature in Punjab has reached 5 degrees Celsius. This is the lowest temperature recorded since the beginning of winter this year. Temperatures will fall further over the next two weeks. Although the state’s average temperature has increased slightly in the past 24 hours, it is close to normal.

In the past 24 hours, the state’s average maximum temperature has increased by 0.1 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was recorded at 5 degrees Celsius in Faridkot. The highest temperature was recorded at 29.6 degrees Celsius in Faridkot.

The minimum temperature is expected to be between 5 and 9 degrees Celsius.

The weather in Punjab will remain dry over the next 48 hours, but fog is likely to persist. Fog may persist in the outskirts, indicating a cold front. The minimum temperature will be around 5 to 9 degrees Celsius.

Daytime maximum temperatures will range from 22 to 30 degrees Celsius. Wind speeds will be slow, making it feel cooler. There is no chance of rain, and fog may also be seen in Punjab.
