The number of coronavirus cases in Punjab is continuously increasing. Earlier, many cases were reported from Amritsar. Now corona cases have come from the Ludhiana district.
Five new cases of coronavirus have been registered from Ludhiana. After which, the number of active cases of coronavirus in the state has reached 33.
Let us tell you that out of these, the health department has isolated 29 people and two have died. The health department has alerted the people and said that anyone who shows the symptoms of corona should be isolated immediately. Also, people should wear masks and go to the nearest health center.
Well, the health department of Punjab has issued an advisory regarding Covid-19 and has advised to wear masks. The advisory of the health department of the Punjab government has said that due to a slight increase in Covid-19 cases in some parts of the country, precautionary advisories are being issued. Although the situation in the state of Punjab is under control and the healthcare system is fully prepared, citizens are advised to follow basic safety measures to prevent the spread of the infection.
Elderly, pregnant women, people with weakened immune systems and those with health problems should wear masks in crowded or enclosed spaces. Healthcare workers should wear masks and follow COVID-appropriate behavior. Cover mouth and nose with a handkerchief/tissue/bend of the elbow while coughing/sneezing. If you feel unwell (fever, cough, difficulty breathing), wear a mask and visit a doctor.
