AAP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha meets elected MPs of AAP from Punjab

Raghav Chadha while sharing picture with the elected MPs said that with 3 MPs in parliament, Punjab's representation in parliament got stronger.

Chandigarh: Days after the formation of the new government at the center, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha met the newly elected member of parliament of AAP from Punjab today. Raghav Chadha met elected MPs Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer, Malwinder Singh Kang and Raj Kumar Chabbewal today.

It is worth mentioning that the ruling party of the state, Aam Aadmi Party under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has fought elections by launching Mission 13-0 which aimed to win all 13 seats of the state but on the contrary, it managed to secure only 3 seats in the state.

Raghav Chadha while sharing picture with the elected MPs said that with 3 MPs in parliament, Punjab’s representation in parliament got stronger.

In a post on X, Raghav Chadha said, “Punjab’s representation in the Parliament just got stronger! Met with the newly elected AAP MPs from Punjab and congratulated them on their victory. We discussed our strategy for the upcoming sessions of the Parliament, renewing our pledge to fight for the rights and progress of our state unitedly.”

Notably, Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer won the election from the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat whereas AAP Spokesperson Malwinder Singh Kang won Election from Anandpur Sahib. Former Congress leader Raj Kumar Chabbewal who switched to AAP before elections contested from Hoshiarpur and secured win over BJP candidate Anita Somparkash.
