Chandigarh: Chandigarh Police has detained all the protesting workers and leaders. They are being taken to Sector 3 police station in Chandigarh. The park has been completely vacated. They have not been allowed to meet the administrator.
Aam Aadmi Party workers had started gathering in Chandigarh for a protest against the scam in the NEET exam. But they were taken into custody even before that.
These workers had to go to the Governor’s House. All the workers including Chandigarh Aam Aadmi Party co-incharge SS Ahluwalia, Mayor Kuldeep Kumar and Chandigarh Aam Aadmi Party councilors are participating in the protest. For this, Aam Aadmi Party had appealed to the workers to gather in the park.
The exam was held on 5 May
NEET exam was held across the country on 5 May. The results of which came on 4 June. But there were many irregularities in them and there was a possibility of scam in it. This matter also reached the Supreme Court of the country. There the court also accepted that the grace marks given were wrong. This should be reviewed.
At the same time, the Government of India has also said that whatever decision the court will take, it will be acceptable to them. Further action will be taken in this matter as per the decision of the court. After these results, this exam result is being opposed all over the country. Therefore, today Chandigarh Aam Aadmi Party will also protest against it.
