Abohar: In Abohar, three cars met with an accident due to mud on the roads due to rain. This accident happened near the toll plaza on Sri Ganganagar road. All the car passengers suffered minor injuries. On receiving information about the incident from 112 helpline, ASI Sham Sundar reached the spot with his team. He immediately gave first aid to the injured.
In the first accident, an Ertiga car going from Sri Ganganagar to Panniwala collided with a divider near Gidranwali. There were about six people in the car, who were going to a wedding ceremony. The driver Jaipal and other passengers were saved from a major accident due to the opening of the airbags.
In the second incident, the Swift car of Pratham, owner of a petrol pump located near Saidanwali village, collided with a Coretta going ahead. This accident happened due to heavy rain.
Pratham’s car turned straight after toppling two-three times. Although the cars suffered a lot of damage in this accident, the driver suffered only minor injuries.
