Chandigarh: As the Lok Sabha elections approach, political parties are engaged in campaigning. Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party has got a big success in Malwa. Punjab Youth Congress General Secretary Chuspinderbir Chahal has joined the Aam Aadmi Party along with hundreds of his supporters.
Earlier today he tendered his resignation. In his resignation he wrote, “Disappointed from the leadership of Punjab Congress, I give my resignation from the post of General Secretary, Punjab Youth Congress and primary membership of the party.”
Later, along with hundreds of supporters, Chuspinderbir Singh Chahal joined Aam Aadmi Party. He joined party in the presence of Bhagwant Mann.
On his joining, AAP Pun jab shared a post which said, ” AAP’s family became stronger in Malwa CM @BhagwantMann Chuspinderbir Chahal, who was the general secretary of the Congress under the leadership of G, joined the Aam Aadmi Party along with hundreds of his supporters. Everyone is welcome to the party.”
