Hoshiarpur: During a ‘Save the Constitution’ rally in Shamchourasi, Hoshiarpur, Leader of Opposition Pratap Singh Bajwa launched a strong attack on the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Bajwa accused the government of involvement in narcotics, illegal mining, and widespread corruption. He questioned the claims of a drug-free Punjab, sarcastically asking if Bhagwant Mann is truly free from drugs, and warned that if he isn’t, the state’s situation would never improve.
Bajwa further alleged that the Land Pulley case is the country’s biggest corruption scandal, involving a conspiracy between the chief minister and deputy chief minister. He warned that their fate could be worse than Colonel Gaddafi’s, signaling serious consequences for their alleged wrongdoings.
The rally focused heavily on the issues of narcotics, illegal mining, and corruption, rallying public support against what Bajwa called misgovernance.
