Jalandhar: With exactly one moth left to Lok Sabha elections in Punjab, BJP Leader Karamjit Kaur Chaudhary met Punjab BJP Chief Sunil Jakhar today. This was her first meeting with the BJP Chief after she joined the saffron party.
In the meeting today, important issues centered around the Jalandhar Lok sabha constituency were discussed between Punjab BJP President Jakhar and BJP leader Karamjit Kaur. Karamjit Kaur is the wife of Late Former MP Santokh Singh Chaudhary.
They both discussed the measures to ensure the victory of BJP’s Candidate from Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat Sushil Kumar Rinku. Sushil Kumar Rinku contested by polls last year on ticket of Aam Aadmi Party. Last Month, Rinku switched to BJP following which BJP announced him as its candidate.
Karamjit Kaur also contested the Jalandhar Lok Sabha Bye-ections in March 2023 on the ticket of Congress. However she lost to AAP Candidate that time.
