Bathinda, June 12: Punjab’s social media influencer Kanchan Tiwari alias Kamal Kaur has died. Her body was found in a car in the parking lot of a hospital in Bathinda. At present, the police have taken the body into custody and kept it in the mortuary of the civil hospital. The matter is currently being investigated. The deceased woman has been identified as social media star Bhabhi Kamal Kaur, who is active on social media. Police officials said that Kamal Kaur’s family members have been informed.
According to information, a foul smell was coming from a suspicious car parked in the parking lot of Adesh Hospital in the city last night. After this, people immediately informed the police. When the police reached the spot and searched the car, they found the body of a woman of about 30-35 years old inside it, which created a sensation in the area. From the initial circumstances, it seems that Kamal Kaur was murdered.
Giving information, SP City Narinder Singh said that the police received information that a foul smell was coming from a suspicious car parked in the parking lot of the hospital. On investigation, the body of a woman, who is said to be about 35 years old, was found inside the car. Initial investigation suggests murder. Police officials say the matter is being investigated thoroughly.
The police officer said that the car was surrounded at the scene and the body has been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. A search has been launched for the suspect who fled the scene after abandoning the car. At present, the police have taken the vehicle into custody and started the investigation and the CCTV footage of the surrounding area is also being scanned.
