Holding hoarding accusing CM of turning blind eye to the struggles of farmers, Bajwa condemned the state government’s handling of agricultural issues, claiming that the administration has failed to fulfill promises made to the farming community. He called out the CM for not taking swift action against police brutality , referring specifically to the incident where a Colonel and his son were allegedly assaulted by Punjab Police personnel.

As the protest unfold inside the assembly, the congress lawmakers raised slogans demanding justice for the affected farmers and the colonel’s family.
