Ludhiana: A car hit an Activa in Jagraon. A female clerk died in the accident. She was going to her home after school. The woman has two daughters.
The deceased woman has been identified as Daljit Kaur (39), resident of Talwandi Mallia. The woman was working as a clerk in the city’s GHG Academy. The woman was going home on her Activa after school.
When she reached village Ghalib Road, a speeding Innova car coming from the other side hit the woman’s Activa. Due to which she was seriously injured. People took the woman to the government hospital. However, due to the woman’s critical condition, the doctors referred her to Ludhiana. But the woman died during treatment late at night.
The husband of the woman who became a victim of the road accident is also a teacher in the same academy. But during the accident, the woman was going alone on her Activa. The deceased has two daughters.
