CIA Khanna Police has achieved great success. Nearly 10 people were arrested from Madhya Pradesh who used to supply arms. Among them is also the arms maker. Apart from this, CIA Khanna also recovered 22 weapons. Many magazines and live cartridges were also recovered, DGP Gaurav Yadav has given this information through his X handle.
In a post on X he said, “CIA Team @KhannaPolice has busted an interstate illegal weapon smuggling racket operating from #MadhyaPradesh.”

The DGP further said that the police have registered a case and started further proceedings. The contacts of the arrested persons are being checked to see which gang they are associated with.
DGP further said, “Stern action will be taken against all involved in organised crime & illegal weapon networks. @PunjabPoliceInd is 100% committed as per the vision of CM @BhagwantMann”
The gang used to supply arms and the arms were supplied from Madhya Pradesh to Punjab and other states.
It has to be mentioned here that Yesterday, i.e. Wednesday proved to be a historic day for Punjab Police because on the same day, Punjab Police conducted two encounters in which two gangsters were injured and one died while the rest were arrested. On the other hand, Punjab Police Khanna’s CIA team arrested 9 persons from Madhya Pradesh and recovered 22 weapons.
