Classic case of legalized Corruption: AAP Spokesperson Malvinder Kang demands arrest of BJP chief

In a post on X, Malvinder Singh Kang said that it is like a classic case of legalized thievery with the cash trail leading to BJP.

Chandigarh: Punjab AAP spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang has launched an attack on BJP over cash trail found in the liquor case. Today Delhi Ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj in a press conference said that BJP has been benefited from the liquor scandal and a cash trail has been found.

In a post on X, Malvinder Singh Kang said that it is like a classic case of legalized thievery with the cash trail leading to BJP.

He said that Sarath Reddy, who is director of Aurobindo Pharma was apprehended in Liquor scandal in Delhi. As per reports, Aurobindo pharma contributed substantial amount of Rs 55 crore to BJP via electoral bonds. He even added that later Reddy was granted bail citing back pain.  

 Kang questioned about the arrest of BJP chief JP Nadda by ED as sequence of events suggested a direct benefit to BJP, potentially legitimizing and institutionalizing corruption.
