Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann today concluded the season 2 of ‘Kheda Watan Punjab Dia’. He also released the prize money worth Rs 8.30 crores for the winning players of the sporting event. He added that the prize money will be directly transferred to the accounts of the winning players.
He further added how the sporting event has been able to bring Children of Punjab towards sports. He also extended congratulations to all the winning players.
CM Mann in a post on X said, “Today officially concluded the season-2 of Kheda Watan Punjab Dia…Also released the prize money of Rs.8.30 crores for the winning players which will be directly credited to the accounts of the players…Through Kheda Watan Punjab Dia in all over Punjab Children are joining sports and this number is increasing year by year… My congratulations to all the winning players.”

Khedan Watan Punjab Dia is a sporting event organized by Punjab government led by CM Bhagwant Mann. The event is held with aim to connect every resident of Punjab to sports. Under this, competitions are held at block, district and state level. It inculcates the spirit of unity, communal harmony among citizens and also provides a platform to buding talent.
