New Delhi: The first session of the 18th Lok Sabha began on Monday, in which newly elected MPs including Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath. Meanwhile, 540 parliamentarians were sworn in. Meanwhile, the newly elected Lok Sabha members of Punjab will take oath today.

The event will be held between 12 pm and 1 am. The newly elected Lok Sabha members will take oath and also the new Lok Sabha Speaker will be elected.
