Amritsar: AAP MP Sanjay Singh today was produced in Amritsar court for the hearing of the defamation case filed by Shiromani Akali Dal General Secretary Bikram Majithia. He was brought to Amritsar court from Tihar Jail amidst tight security of the Delhi police officials. The next hearing in the case is on December 16, 2023.
After he reached Amritsar, Singh said “The fight against Modi’s dictatorship will continue. I am not afraid of any jail, fake cases.” He also added that he has full hope of getting justice from the court. Sanjay Singh’s wife Anita Singh also reached Amritsar. On the other hand, former MP Bikram Majithia who filed defamation against Sanjay Singh and others also reached court.
