2 smugglers arrests in Moga, Police seizes 150 grams of Heroin

Two persons from Zira work in drug selling and both the accused are currently in Dharamkot.

Punjab: Dharamkot police of Moga conducted a raid and arrested two people with 150 grams of heroin. Both the arrested accused are said to be residents of Zira.

According to the information investigating officer Jarnail Singh said that two persons from Jhatare village of Zira have been arrested with 150 grams of heroin.

He said that the police had received information that two persons from Zira work in drug selling and both the accused are currently in Dharamkot. After this information, the police set up a blockade and searched them, and 150 grams of heroin was recovered from them.

The accused have been identified as Jaspal Singh son of Sukhdev Singh and Akashdeep Singh son of Charanjit Singh of Jhatare village. A case has been registered against both of them at Dharamkot police station.

Further action has been taken and he has warned the drug smugglers to stop selling drugs, otherwise strict action will be taken against them.
