Robbery incidents are not stopping in Ludhiana. Last night at around 10:30 PM, a driver returning home from work on Gill Road was surrounded by three bike-borne robbers. They abused him and tried to snatch his mobile. The youth even fought with the miscreants and refused to give them the mobile.
After this, the robbers attacked him with a sword. The sword hit his left wrist so deeply that the bone of his hand was cut. The name of the injured man is Vinod.
The youth saved his life by running away from there in a bloody condition and informed his owner. After which the owner immediately took him to the civil hospital. Seeing his critical condition, he was referred to PGI hospital in Chandigarh.
Giving information, Jamaluddin said that Vinod Sharma drives for him. On Thursday night at around 10:30 PM, Vinod parked his vehicle in the factory and was walking towards his room. At a short distance from the factory, three youths on a bike surrounded him and tried to snatch his mobile, When he resisted, the said youths attacked Vinod Sharma with a sword. Due to which his left wrist was badly cut.
Vinod was admitted to the civil hospital in an injured condition. Seeing his condition critical, he was referred to PGI hospital in Chandigarh. The police of police station division number 6 were informed about the matter.
