Terrorists have carried out the 10th blast in Punjab. This blast took place in Jaintipur village, which comes under Majitha assembly constituency of Amritsar. After major terrorist incidents in the last few years, this is the first case when terrorists have targeted a residence. Earlier, explosions were being carried out at Police posts but yesterday, for first time in a while terrorists targeted a residence.
According to initial information, three youths came on a motorcycle and targeted residence of late liquor contractor Rajinder Kumar Pappu Jaintipuria, who was close to Bikram Singh Majithia. After the incident, terrorists have once again taken responsibility by posting on social media.
According to the information received, three youths came on a motorcycle and carried out this incident. This entire incident was captured in CCTV. According to CCTV, at around 8 pm, a youth got down from the motorcycle and threw something like a hand grenade towards the house of Amandeep Jaintipuria. Sparks were also clearly seen coming out in the CCTV.
After the incident, former MLA and Akali leader Bikram Majithia himself shared the information of this entire incident on his social media account. Bikram Majithia said that earlier Majitha police station was targeted and now a bomb has been thrown in Jantipur. The law and order of Punjab has become such that people are paying ransom instead of approaching the police. After these incidents, CM Bhagwant Mann should resign.
A few minutes after the incident, a post was made viral on social media by Babbar Khalsa International. In the post it is written – “Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh … Today I take responsibility for the grenade attack on the house of liquor contractor Pappu Jantipur in Jantipur.
The reason behind this is that some time ago we called him and said that this time liquor ban has to be done in Punjab and it has to be started from Majha, he took our point lightly and ignored it. But now we will explain it in our own way.
Many contracts were opened by these contractors near Guru Ghar and schools, but now it is being condemned a lot. Other people are working under them, think about it. We had told them verbally earlier but they did not take any action, after this we even set fire to their liquor shop.
But they did not listen to anything.’ And if someone wants to drink, then they should take it outside their house and drink, liquor should not be taken from the liquor shop, because the money of the common people has gone into the pockets of the cooperative society and the government, but now this will not be allowed.”
