Moga: There is a farmers’ Mahapanchayat in Moga today. 40 to 50 thousand farmers from various organizations will participate in the Mahapanchayat to be held in Moga. The farmer leaders said that they have been struggling and will continue to do so in the future. Mahapanchayats will be organized at various places in the coming time. They said that the preparations for our Mahapanchayats have been completed and leaders of all the farmer organizations are reaching in Moga.
It is worth noting that today a large number of farmers from all over Punjab are going to participate in the Mahapanchayat with a convoy. On January 4, a farmers’ Mahapanchayat was also held in Tohana, Haryana at Khanauri border. In that meeting, farmers in large numbers reached from various places. Fasting farmer leader Jagjit Dallewal also addressed the Mahapanchayat held in Haryana on January 4.
The buses of the farmers who were going to attend became victims of a road accident due to bad weather. But since the weather has been completely clear for the last two days, there is no problem of fog like before sunrise in the morning.
