Fazilka City Police Station SHO Manjit Singh said that Pala Singh son of Joginder Singh, who is a resident of village Nava Salemshah, has been arrested along with the stolen bike. He was committing bike thefts from the Fazilka DC office, government hospital and other places. He said that 3 cases have already been registered against the arrested accused.
The SHO said that the accused was going to sell the stolen bike. Then the police got the information. After this, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused. An arrested accused has committed many incidents of bike theft. He has been produced in the court and taken on police remand. He is being interrogated. Police say that more stolen bikes are expected to be recovered from the accused.
