FBI arrested 8 gangsters linked to Kahlistani terror in California crackdown

Tightening the noose around Khalistani terrorists and gangsters absconding from India in the US, the US investigative agency FBI and local law enforcement agencies arrested eight Indian-origin gangsters in a major operation in San Joaquin County, California on July 11.

Jalandhar, July 13: Tightening the noose around Khalistani terrorists and gangsters absconding from India in the US, the US investigative agency FBI and local law enforcement agencies arrested eight Indian-origin gangsters in a major operation in San Joaquin County, California on July 11. This well-planned operation was carried out with the help of SWAT teams of Stockton, Manteca and Stanislaus County and the FBI’s Special Unit.

Among the arrested accused are pro-Khalistan gangsters Dilpreet Singh, Arshpreet Singh, Amritpal Singh, Vishal, Pavitra Singh alias Pavitra Batala, Gurtaj Singh, Manpreet Randhawa and Sarabjit Singh. A separate case has also been registered against them.

After the arrest, interrogation took place and then everyone was sent to jail

Serious charges like kidnapping, torture, illegal imprisonment, criminal conspiracy, intimidating witnesses, attack with semi-automatic weapon, threat to spread terror, cases under Gang Act, possession of large quantity of illegal weapons, possession of machine guns and assault rifles, manufacturing of short-barrel rifles and selling illegal magazines have been registered against all of them. After interrogation of all the accused, they have been shifted to a jail in America itself.

During this FBI operation, 5 pistols (automatic Glock), one assault rifle, hundreds of rounds of bullets, high-capacity magazines and $15,000 in cash were seized from the accused.

The most important arrest was that of Pavitra Batala

The most important name among the arrested accused is that of Pavitra Singh alias Pavitra Batala, who is associated with Babbar Khalsa International and is most wanted by India’s NIA and Punjab Police. He was running terrorist activities along with Khalistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rode. A charge sheet has been filed against him and a Red Corner Notice has been issued.

The accused entered the US illegally

According to Indian agencies, all the accused had reached America illegally and were running criminal activities in Punjab and other parts of India from there. Many gangsters and terrorists flee from India and take refuge in America and stay there for years by taking advantage of the law. These include names like Goldie Brar, Anmol Bishnoi and Rohit Godara.

FBI’s ‘Summer Heat Initiative’ mission

The FBI has named this operation ‘Summer Heat Initiative’, which aims to eliminate gangs and dangerous criminals active in America. The aim of this mission, started under the leadership of FBI Director Patel, is to make the cities of America safe and take strict action against organized crime.
