Amritsar : Advocate Vineet Mahajan has been attacked once again in Amritsar, Punjab. At around 8 in the morning, he was returning home with his wife. Meanwhile, two unknown people came on Activa and fired 4 rounds and ran away.

Vineet Mahajan told that in the morning he came to his hotel Ashirwad after worshiping in Gopal temple. His wife was also with him. Both of them also performed puja in the hotel and left for home. They were roaring from the lane leading to Gopal Mandir along with Ashirwad Hotel on Batala Road.
Meanwhile, when he was passing by Sant Sukha Singh Public School, two youths on Activa overtook the car and pointed pistols at him.
The accused fired four shots at him. Two bullets hit the glass of the car, while two bullets missed. Police have recovered all four shells.
Police started scanning CCTV
Vineet Mahajan told that he was meditating in the morning. He doesn’t even know when the accused started chasing him. Police have started scanning the CCTVs of the area so that they can get any clue about the accused.

SHO Anil Kumar told that Vineet Mahajan has some old fights. In the initial investigation, this attack seems to be a rivalry. All the cases are being investigated. Vineet Mahajan also has an old political feud. Whichever will be investigated.
