Mohali: Today, Aam Aadmi Party leaders and supporters will protest from Punjab to Delhi against the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Protest will be launched in Delhi as well as in Punjab. In Delhi, INDIA bloc members will launch a protest here at the Jantar-Mantar while a state-level protest has been organized by AAP Punjab in Mohali. AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal is in arrest since march in the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy Case.
Party workers, MLAs, and even ministers will participate in the demonstration here in Mohali. During this, they will protest against the BJP government. The protest will start at 11:30 am near Gurdwara Amb Sahib in Phase-8 of Mohali. Strict arrangements have been made by the police to ensure that people do not face any problems during the protest.
Punjab CM Mann will be in Delhi
All the state-level leaders may be involved in this protest of AAP. State CM Bhagwant Mann will be in Delhi today. Bhagwant Mann will be taking part in the protest here at the Jantar Mantar. The protest at the Jantar Mantar will be led by Delhi AAP Ministers including Sanjay Singh, Atishi, and many more.
All the leaders and supporters of the I.N.D.I.A. alliance will be involved in it. Apart from this, Chief Ministers of many states will also be involved. At the same time, CM Bhagwant Mann himself had said in a public function that he was going to Delhi. Last protest in Mohali by AAP was in the month of March right after the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal by ED.
